The Farriers - 26967 Villa - Windermere

I really loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of The Farriers. The decor was charming and had a lovely traditional style, which made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for someone like myself, who is a senior. The hotel's location in a peaceful area, just a short walk from Windermere, was also a huge plus.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more lighting options in the living area. The current lamp was not quite enough, and the main lighting was a bit too bright.

It was clean and well located, within easy walking distance to Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere. the host, Pam, was commendable and we had a lovely time. We look forward to returning.

I always choose this place for my stay because the staff helped me with my room issue even at night. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Free parking, Cots, and allowing pets. I keep coming back for business trips with no regrets.

The beautiful fresh roses upon arrival added a touch of elegance. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. The short walk from the property to the center of Windermere was manageable, making it convenient for me to explore the town.

I recently stayed at The Farriers and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the center of Windermere. The hotel itself was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxing. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, everything was super clean.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as the need to pay extra for bringing a dog and the electricity being metered, these were not major inconveniences. The Farriers provided a lovely experience at a reasonable price.
